"I attended Karl’s introduction to Photography course which taught the basic theory behind photography. By using a combination of his experience and frequent practical demonstrations he made the course very interesting and helped clarify the basics of shooting good pictures. I had previously read a lot of books on the subject and was relatively confident in my self-taught knowledge, however Karl has made me realise that there is far more to this than I realised.

I am an IT manager and in my role I have attended over forty training courses run by all sorts of trainers. I would rate Karl as one of the better trainers and certainly this was one of the most interesting courses I have attended. I am now attending the follow up intermediate course and as expected this is also proving to be as good as the first. I would rate Karl’s ability highly, not only as a photographer but also as an excellent trainer. He keeps the course interesting and all of the courses are lively!!
